In his first year he was the top first year agent in the county. He consistently ranks among the top agents in the county. Since 1990 he has been in the top 1% of all Montgomery County Realtors.

Tim has lived in Maryland all of his life, except for the four years when he attended Bridgewater College in Virginia, where he received a BA degree in business. Tim is married and has two children. When he's not working, Tim loves to spend time with his family.
